A round stage with dimensions: 12 x 12 meters / dance area approx. 100 m².
Wooden platform covered with dance vinyl. See periods with vinyl and wooden floor below.
The stage is not covered.

 30 - 50 dancers

Music is played through Dansekapellet’s permanent sound system via Bluetooth. The sound system/speaker is located on the wall to the left of the storage room.

Music must be turned off by 20:00.

Use of personal sound systems is not allowed.

Vinyl period: May 5 – June 23
Wooden floor period: June 24 – September 13

The above schedule is subject to weather conditions.

Located behind the column, behind the glass door to the right of the sound system.

The following items are available for use:

• Mop
• Table for a computer

The user is responsible for leaving the area as they found it. Trash must be disposed of in the bins or in the waste room in the wooden building to the right of the yard’s storage room.

Borrowed items must be returned to the storage room.

The contact person is responsible for ensuring cleanup.

In case of bad weather, no replacement indoor spaces are provided. Users can book an indoor room via Book Byen.

Please note that indoor rooms cannot be booked from week 27 to 31 due to renovations.

Access to HIMMELBLÅ and the indoor restrooms requires a key fob or code. The code is provided in the booking confirmation. If you have a key fob, it can also be used. Key fobs are issued to regular users of the indoor facilities.

To access the indoor rooms and restrooms outside Dansekapellet’s opening hours, a code for the main door is required. This can be obtained by contacting c744@kk.dk at least 14 days before the event.
