ATTITUDES SHARING & OPEN SESSION

The festival kicks off with an Attitudes Sharing & Open session, featuring performances by choreographers Emina Musti and Ludvig Karlsson followed by a Q&A and an open dance session guided by the dancers.

DISOLUTION by Ludvig Karlsson

Are we capable of growing creatively on our own? Or do we remain stuck in our habits until we get a push forward? The dance performance DISOLUTION explores how two individuals can grow and reach new heights they could not achieve alone. Join the journey - will they find a connection between them? And what happens when we dare to create together with an open mind? This is a performance about creating, growing—and letting go!

SONDER by Emina Musti

As infants, we learn to bear the weight of our own heads, but who teaches us to bear the weight of our thoughts? The dance performance SONDER delves into the concept of weight - the heaviness of the burdens we carry both physically and mentally. This personal, artistic project explores the challenges of sensitivity, overthinking, dark thoughts, and the journey towards realizing that others also carry weight in their lives.
But do we bear others' weight out of love? Out of duty? Do we have what it takes to help, or must we put on our own oxygen mask first?
